Responsibilities

• Manage eContent and Product Data operations for European markets (France & Belgium), in collaboration with European activity lead and commercial/eCommerce teams.
• Oversee aggregation flow in PIM and downstream tools (Equadis / Salsify) to customers.
• Support product and material creation, extension and adjustments in ERP, working with team members and factory data managers.
• Resolve data issues blocking orders through ticket management.
• Handle data quality requests.
• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for PRM/CIM activities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) fundamentals, Product Information Management (PIM) systems, and other data management tools including SAP ERP.
• Good knowledge of Product Information & eCommerce ecosystem, manufacturing and supply chain processes, and factory data management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Teams and Excel.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder and internal customer management, and project management skills.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously in a changing environment.
• Experience facilitating remote meetings and interacting with international teams.
• Strong communication skills.
