Mission Manager, Property Inspector / DPE with Mention Certification

• Lead the preparation of Multi-Year Works Plans (PPPT)
• Analyze the condition of common areas and building equipment
• Prepare a list of necessary works and propose a 10-year works program
• Provide preliminary budget estimates and prioritize works
• Lead meetings and present reports at General Meetings or before condominium association boards
• Conduct pre-construction or pre-demolition inspections for asbestos, lead, electrical systems, gas systems, and termites
• Conduct DPE assessments with Mention certification for commercial and tertiary-sector buildings, residential buildings, and establishments open to the public (ERP)
• Carry out technical assignments related to building asset management
• Support property managers, social housing providers, and asset managers in enhancing the value of their property portfolios and planning works
• Perform property inspection and expert assessment assignments across a range of sectors

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in building-related disciplines, such as civil engineering, thermal engineering, or architecture
• Experience carrying out DTG / PPPT assignments
• DPE with Mention certification required
• Expertise in DTG / PPPT assignments
• Building expertise and the ability to assess a building and develop a works strategy
• Self-sufficiency and thoroughness
• Strong technical analytical skills
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Availability for frequent travel throughout the Île-de-France region
