Mission-Driven HealthTech CEO: Scale DeepTech & Impact

As CEO of the project, your mission will be to translate the founding vision into a scalable, operational, and high-impact company at the intersection of healthtech, deeptech, and trauma/PTSD care.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Vision

  • Define and articulate the long-term vision of the company.

  • Make key decisions on business model, structure, growth roadmap, and expansion.

  • Set strategic objectives focused on impact, scalability, and monetization.

• Company Building & Team Alignment

  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (science, tech, product, operations).

  • Play a key role in developing a high-performance culture, aligned with the founder’s values of purpose, science, and innovation.

  • Ensure execution consistency across all areas of the company.

• Financial Strategy & Resource Mobilization

  • Support fundraising efforts, including engagement with impact investors, grants, and incubators.

  • Contribute to incubation and acceleration processes alongside the founder.

  • Design and manage financial planning and use of funds (team, product, growth).

• Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage with key partners across healthcare, government, research, and international organizations.

  • Build and maintain strategic alliances that advance the mission and scale.

We are looking for a mission-driven CEO who can take an early-stage deeptech/healthtech startup to the next level. You will work in close coordination with the scientific founder, who continues to lead on vision, science, and strategic direction.

This is a senior leadership role designed to complement the founder, with clear decision-making responsibility in business and operations. We’re looking for someone eager to co-lead from their area of strength, while appreciating and building on the company’s scientific foundation, mission, and long-term vision.

You are a strong fit if you:

• Have executive or entrepreneurial experience in digital health, health innovation, deeptech, or tech startups .

• Understand B2B business models , especially in healthcare (hospitals, insurers, public systems).

• Are experienced in building partnerships with institutions, corporates, research groups, and global organizations.

• Have strong financial and fundraising skills , especially around public grants, accelerators, and impact funding.

• Bring a global outlook and are deeply motivated by creating positive health impact at scale .

• Are comfortable operating in scientific and technical environments (AI, healthtech, deeptech).

• Working in close alignment with the founder to scale the company while preserving the integrity of its mission and scientific vision

• Play an active role in supporting the creation of research and innovation alliances, many of which will be led directly by the founder.
