Mission-Driven Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Great Miami Valley YMCA Association oversees all financial matters, investments and information systems, providing strategic direction for operations and initiatives. Reports to President & CEO and collaborates with the Board and committees.

Starting salary is $90,000 with commensurate experience. The role emphasizes fiduciary performance, risk management, and capital/operating budget oversight within a mission-driven, values-based organization.
