Mid-Market Customer Success Manager – Italy Growth

Riot Security is hiring for a Customer Success role focused on the Italian Mid-Market segment from Paris. You will own a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market customers, drive retention and expansion, and shape processes for the Italian market while collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing.

You will advocate best product usage, lead onboarding and check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities, becoming a trusted cybersecurity partner for clients.
