Mid-Market Customer Success Manager — Growth & Retention

Riot Security is seeking a Customer Success professional to own a portfolio of mid-market customers focused on the Italian market, from Paris or a relocation to Paris. You will drive retention and expansion by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

You will help define scalable processes for the Italian market, build playbooks, and lead onboarding and check-ins to ensure customer outcomes and renewals.
