Mid-Market Customer Success Manager – Expansion & Retention

RIOT is building a cybersecurity awareness platform and seeks a Customer Success professional to own a portfolio of ~120 Mid‑Market customers and lead expansion efforts in Italy. You will drive retention by delivering value, guide product usage, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to scale the Italian market.
