Nos systèmes sont utilisés dans les plus grands festivals de musique, les événements live ainsi que dans les théâtres, les stades et les lieux de cultes du monde entier.****Aujourd'hui, nous nous positionnons en leader mondial de la sonorisation professionnelle premium.**As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's various development projects on an international scope (3 Business Units: EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC – 3 R&D centers: France, UK & Germany – 4 industrial sites: France & Germany).
In line with the IT & Digital strategy, your mission consists of:
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, relying on low-code applications and empowered with AI.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents and other components.
- Interact with Dataverse, Dynamics, Microsoft 365 services, and other APIs or MCP integrations.
- Deliver comprehensive support, resolve issues efficiently, and drive enhancements with a focus on maintaining reliability, optimal performance, and high service quality.
- Assess business needs, review current processes, and suggest automation or improvements.
- Support and train business teams to improve their Citizen Developer skills.
- Coach our users and organize events such as our yearly digital hackathon.**Your profile**Minimum Bac+5 (Master’s degree or equivalent), with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.
Required Skills & Experience* Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Dataverse* Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; technical skills are a plus, especially Java
