Microsoft Exchange, M365 Messaging Architect

Design and evolve technical messaging architectures, including the production of HLDs and LLDs

• Design and evolve technical messaging architectures, including the production of HLDs and LLDs
• Participate in projects to integrate new entities and subsidiaries into the messaging ecosystem
• Define, implement, and deploy the technical tools required to evolve the platform
• Conduct assessments and produce migration procedures
• Optimize administration and monitoring activities
• Ensure infrastructure consistency and contribute to capacity management
• Participate in incident and change management
• Produce and maintain the technical documentation associated with various changes and enhancements
• Work with a major banking client as part of a team responsible for evolving and operating messaging and collaboration solutions

Requirements

• Significant experience in Microsoft messaging solution architecture, ideally in complex and enterprise environments
• Strong command of Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem
• Experience with messaging platform migration, transformation, or integration projects
• Ability to take a strategic view of infrastructure while remaining comfortable addressing operational technical issues
• Ability to produce clear documentation, including architecture documents, installation and operating procedures, test plans, and impact analyses
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
• Rigorous, self-directed, agile, and proactive
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, and propose solutions
