TheM365Core ProductExpertis part of a teammaintainingthesupport and delivery oftheM365SharePoint Onlineservices for all AXA entities worldwide.This is a key role within theM365global Product Lineteam. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplishedEngineer to join amarket leadingorganization.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain the global M365 platform, such as, but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; and project support
• Maintain, assessandtestthenew featuresforSharePoint Onlineand related featuresreleased by Microsoft.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Maintain operational, configuration, orStandard Operation Proceduresand documentation.
• Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teamsto shift left activities.
• Provideexpertiseand guidanceonMicrosoft365.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other ITpersonnelfor problem resolution.
• Assesssecurity threats and implement countermeasures tocomply withthegrouprecommendations and legal obligations.
• Work in conjunction with relevant infrastructure,security,and compliance teams toasset security threats, implement countermeasures,configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment.Ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
• Provideexpertiseon theM365 Product solutions which rely on SharePoint Online technologies.
• Collaborate withWorkplace,Architecture, Cyber Defense,Proofpoint,Group Securityteams.
• Collaborate withall AXA entities

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

Technical skills

• Experience in working with Microsoft 365 tenants with minimum of 50K users in a single tenant
• Experience in working with Microsoft 365 tenants with minimum of 100K SharePoint Sites in a single tenant
• Minimum of2years of hands‑on experience in analysing, documenting, andmaintaininga large-scaleSharePointOnlineinfrastructure
• Minimum of2years ofexperiencewithMicrosoft 365inaHybrid provisioning and authentication environment
• Minimum of2yearsofexperienceinPowerShell Scripting
• Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• Experience of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work instrong teamenvironment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members

• Maintains a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices

• Experience of SharePoint Advanced Management
• Broad knowledge of information systems including Windows security, network security, systems development, communication networks, security software/hardwareand operating systems other than Windows
