What You’ll Do
As a Microsoft 365 Security Consultant, you will guide customers on their security transformation journey — designing, implementing, and optimising their M365 security posture. You’ll work closely with Sales, Architects, and Delivery teams to build trusted relationships and deliver impactful, secure solutions.
What we need to see from you
- 5+ years of consulting experience in a customer‑facing role
- Hands‑on expertise with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, threat & identity management
- Strong knowledge of: Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, EMS, GPO, PowerShell, PKI
- 5+ years designing and deploying Microsoft 365 environments
- A solution‑focused mindset with a genuine desire to help customers adopt innovative Microsoft Security tools
- A passion for continuous learning and staying at the top of your profession
- A detail‑oriented, autonomous approach — able to take initiative and tackle complex challenges
- Strong multitasking ability with high standards across multiple client engagement
Desirable
- Microsoft 365 certifications
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
