Microsoft 365 Project Manager – Criticality Analysis & Application Dependencies

Context: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Project Director on a program aimed at measuring the criticality and dependence of applications on Microsoft 365/O365. The objective is to objectively assess the impacts and risks to help governance decide whether or not to rewrite the applications in question. The consultant will also lead the implementation of a dashboard for the Executive Committee and sponsors, enabling them to monitor the analyses and inform their decision-making.

• Organize and manage criticality and dependency analyses of Office 365. Coordinate information gathering from business and technical teams. Define and contribute to evaluation criteria. Analyze and present results in a structured and actionable manner. Identify risks and impacts related to Microsoft 365 dependencies.

• Lead the analyses to determine whether or not to rewrite applications. Coordinate the necessary contributions for reviewing proposals. Develop the KPIs required for decision-making. Propose scenarios and recommendations to management. Prepare decision-making materials for the Executive Committee and sponsors.

• Coordinate the project in direct collaboration with the Project Director. Manage the various stakeholders. Monitor progress, risks, alerts, dependencies, and arbitration. Ensure structured reporting. Guarantee consistency between business and technical objectives and the application roadmap.

• Microsoft Applications / Microsoft 365: Proficient – REQUIRED Project Management: Proficient – REQUIRED Analytical Skills: Proficient – REQUIRED Fluent French – REQUIREDA real understanding of Microsoft 365/O365 and associated application dependencies is particularly important: the need is not just for classic project management.

Desired Profile: Experienced Project Manager capable of combining leadership skills with operational analysis. The client emphasizes the need for a candidate who is not just a project manager but also a true \"doer\": the consultant must be able to actively participate in analyses, manipulate and consolidate information, build KPIs, produce reports, and formulate recommendations. Demonstrable experience with Microsoft 365/O365, application criticality/dependencies, IT roadmaps, or application rationalization will therefore be a significant differentiator.
