Microelectronic Design Engineer

Who are we?

NIT, an SME based in the Paris region and a subsidiary of the LYNRED group, designs and manufactures infrared (SWIR) sensors and cameras for cutting-edge sectors: industry, science, space, and defense.

Responsibilities

• ROIC Design & Innovation: Drive the design, improvement, and innovation of our CMOS Readout Integrated Circuits (ROICs) dedicated to SWIR sensors. Own the full analog design cycle.
• Performance & Optimization: Push the boundaries of circuit performance, directly addressing SWIR-specific challenges including noise optimization, dark current management, linearity, power consumption, and high dynamic range (HDR).
• Sensor Project Management: Lead assigned sensor projects from initial specification through to foundry management, layout verification, and post-tape-out silicon characterization.

Qualifications

• PhD or Engineering degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience in imaging IC design would be a plus
• Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit
