Metrology Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry Orléans M/F/XAs a Metrology Manager, you are fully responsible for the process and the accuracy of the results of calibration operations and verification of measuring instruments belonging to the various departments.
The tasks awaiting you:Manage the resources and means within your scope to achieve the objectives of making medicines available (in terms of quality, quantity and scheduled dates), in compliance with regulations and budgets
Manage the organization and development of your team
Manage any needs for external resources
Relay communications, enforce Group policies and guidelines (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility)
Be responsible for compliance of your activities with GMP within the relevant scopes
Drive a continuous improvement process for metrological verification activities (definition and monitoring of performance indicators)
Contribute to the continuous improvement process of quality (traceability of deviations, root cause analysis, establishment of CAPA plans)
Define, in partnership with Quality Assurance, the metrological verification strategy and then build the associated verification plans
Organize and then implement the established verification plans, involving key users and technical experts as needed
Contribute to maintaining the qualified status of equipment (compliance with the Change Control process, participation in initial & periodic qualifications)
Define, monitor and manage the OPEX & CAPEX budgets within your scope
Take charge of or contribute to the execution of technical projects within your scope
Establish, keep up to date and enforce the procedures applicable to your activities

Ready to take on the challenge that will give a new dimension to your career? What we expect from you:Technical degree Bac +2 to Bac +5 (BTS CIRA, BUT Physical Measurements, Master 2 IMM)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, most of it within a pharmaceutical industry
Desired skills :Team management & leadership
Proficiency in problem analysis and solving tools
Proficiency in OPEX & CAPEX budget management
Technical knowledge in instrumentation, automation and control
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex topics
