As a Methods Technician, reporting to the Head of Methods and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to contribute to the industrialization of our products and optimize production processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation for our products (Bill of Materials / routings / procedures) within our ERP system
• Developing and maintaining manufacturing and testing procedures/work instructions for production teams, in close collaboration with the Development, Operations, and Quality teams
• Contributing to workshop ergonomics and productivity improvements by proposing process and equipment enhancement solutions
• Designing production tooling using CAD and overseeing their implementation
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
