Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes for acoustic products, continuously improving productivity, quality and cost.
  • Collaborate closely with Industrialization, Quality and Industrial Operations departments.
  • Manage the life‑cycle of acoustic product series: supervise production, evolve technical documentation (operating procedures) for continuous improvement.
  • Expertise on internal and client acoustic non‑conformities against predefined specifications, liaising with Quality.
  • Contribute to the justification of choices and compromises related to specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to teams.
  • Conduct acoustic and vibrational tests, analyse results, and propose corrective actions.
  • Set up and control measuring instruments such as microphones, accelerometers and digital recorders.
  • Organise the Methods workshop and maintain technological watch.
  • Implement and optimise a monitoring plan and methodology to ensure optimal quality control of acoustic products.
  • Lead continuous improvement of processes, work methods and tools to optimise product checks.
  • Update specifications and technical sheets for suppliers and purchasing.
  • Track evolution of nomenclature during the life‑cycle.
  • Optimize work stations and tooling.
  • Participate in launch of new products in series and define associated standards.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and evolution of acoustic control tooling.
  • Lead and monitor acoustic projects across the group.
  • Manage projects with suppliers, formulate recommendations, and specify requirements.
  • Present study deliverables and write acoustic notices for projects.

Qualifications

  • University degree in acoustics/electroacoustics, signal processing or physical measurements with a specialization in acoustics (minimum BAC+2/3).
  • Significant experience in acoustic testing and measurements, ideally in an industrial and international context.
  • Good knowledge of acoustic measurement tools.
  • Skills in scripting and programming.
  • Results‑oriented, solution‑focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Location: Saint‑Michel‑sur‑Orge, France.
