As a temporary replacement, you will join our 10-person Process Engineering team. Your role will be to support the launch of new products and improve existing processes to ensure safety, quality, manufacturing timelines, and cost control. Depending on the projects, you may work with other Group sites and operate in an international environment.
Your Day-to-Day Work
After an onboarding period to familiarize yourself with our products and industrial processes, you will work on projects related to new product development, mass production, and the optimization of existing workflows.
- Manage the introduction of new products into production
- Implement our production workflows
- Improve manufacturing processes and related tools
- Create, ensure the reliability of, and maintain data in the ERP system
- Establish production lead times and adjust associated capacities
- Support production teams with their day-to-day needs
You work in tandem with a methods technician and collaborate with production, plastics production, logistics, quality, R&D, and purchasing departments. You will evolve in a dynamic industrial environment, combining long‑term projects and daily operational challenges.
Your profile
You have a technical background in production, general engineering, quality, or mechanics.
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience (including internship) in methods or continuous improvement, ideally in the assembly industry, and a taste for the field and continuous process improvement.
You are proficient in IT tools (Pack Office) and experienced with an ERP (we use M3) and databases. Given the international dimension of the Group, operational practice of English is essential. French fluent is required.
