MES Project Manager (PAS-X)

We are supporting a leading life sciences organization on a large-scale MES transformation program and are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager with strong Koerber PAS-X expertise.

The successful candidate will lead MES initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES projects from design through deployment and go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate business, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
• Support global MES template deployments and process harmonization initiatives.
• Oversee system integration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and industry quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing MES projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X .
• Experience with MES integrations involving ERP, warehouse management, and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of EBR, MBR, equipment integration, master data, and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 and Computer System Validation (CSV).

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting global MES template rollouts across multiple sites.
• Exposure to process modelling and test management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
