MES Consultant - Pharma/Biotech - any level of experience

As a full-time MES consultant, you will provide consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. You will work on project teams to assist with the implementation of manufacturing execution systems. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating and configuring master batch records, testing and validation, and project management. You will interact closely with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and create functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain master batch records in MES systems.
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of MES functionality.
• Project manage activities, schedule tasks, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Travel to client sites as required (average 40‑75% of time).

Qualifications

• Must speak French.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and experience in gathering requirements, coding, and test execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with MES software packages such as POMS/POMSnet, Korber PAS‑X, Emerson Syncade, Rockwell ProPack Data/PharmaSuite, Camstar, Siemens OpCenter.
• Ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
