Profile: In Brunello Cucinelli the Department Manager covers a key function in providing support to the Business. Requirements include helping run the concession, being a guide to the team and acting as a reference point for customers.
Responsibilities
- Leading the team by example and ensuring the correct management of the corner.
- Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in the mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and colleagues, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.
- Promoting the achievement of assigned targets, guiding sales operations and ensuring that both customer service and the selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines, with the aim of providing all customers with a special experience.
- Supporting the Store Management and the HQ in organizing events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instil and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines.
- Enriching the presence in the concession through a careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections for the team.
- Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting any missed opportunities to management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented.
- Motivating the Sales team to carry out daily activities with a sense of responsibility.
- Ensuring continuous improvement by providing constant feedback to each team member.
- Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or one‑to‑one meetings.
- Supporting the stock team when required, especially during inventories.
- Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.
- Cultivating direct contact with the headquarters.
- Using the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company, with particular reference to the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Luxury Retail and proven management experience.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of both market and customers.
- People management development skill.
- Knowledge of French and English is mandatory; fluency in a third language will be considered a plus.
