Member of Technical Staff

Holonomy is a Paris-based frontier AI lab building the next generation of intelligent systems.

We are seeking exceptional Members of Technical Staff to design, build, and scale the core systems that enable self‑improving AI, long‑horizon autonomous execution, and advanced reasoning. You will work across research and engineering, tackling complex technical challenges and helping transform frontier AI research into robust, high-performance systems.

This role is intended for highly versatile engineers who thrive at the intersection of research, machine learning, systems, and software engineering.

What you'll work on

• Designing and building core AI systems and infrastructure.

• Developing scalable architectures for frontier AI.

• Optimizing training, inference, and system performance.

• Collaborating with Research Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.

• Translating research into reliable, production‑ready systems.

• Solving complex technical challenges across the AI stack.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.

• Excellent programming skills and systems thinking.

• Experience building high‑performance, scalable software systems.

• Ability to work across multiple technical domains.

• Curiosity, rigor, and a passion for advancing frontier AI.
