MEL Expert for Africa-EU Space Partnership

NTU International in Paris is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the AESPP Boost programme's MEL framework.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 8+ years in monitoring and evaluation, and at least 4 years in MEL design for donor-funded programmes, with strong English and knowledge of French or Portuguese. Experience with EU-funded programs and Africa is a plus.
