MEL Advisor — Data-Driven Learning & Impact

Youth Impact Labs East Africa is looking for a MEL Advisor to design and implement high-quality monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems in their programs. You will lead the development of MEL frameworks and ensure that data collected is analyzed promptly to inform operational decisions.

This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in digital data tools like Power BI. Ideal candidates will have a BA or Master's in a related field and be passionate about data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
