Your Main Duties

• Managing meetings, conferences, and larger events from the initial inquiry through to successful execution
• Conducting client meetings and hotel/site inspections
• Proforma invoice handling
• Final invoicing of the events
• Preparation of function sheets
• Conducting pre- and post-event meetings and Follow-ups
• Close cooperation with the F&B departments, Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Operations

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Successfully completed an apprenticeship as hotel specialist or completed studies in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Events
• Open-minded and communicative personality
• Teamplayer
• Fluent in French and English
