Key Responsibilities
Onsite Operations
- Provide consistent service and operations per EMEA Guest Services playbook standards
- Set up meeting/events spaces (furniture, catering, office supplies)
- Refresh meeting rooms as needed (beverages, clear dishes)
- Check all spaces prior to events
- Check deliveries accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Escort event suppliers (catering, technical, décor)
- Install signage on community boards
- Responsible for storage maintenance, organization and cleanliness
Support & Escalation
- Escalate challenges and issues
- Attend regular meetings and briefings as necessary
- Serve as main operational point of contact for meeting & event hosts
- Proactively suggest improvements for customer experience
- Support coordinators on admin tasks (ticketing, room bookings), in charge of managing simple meeting requests.
Service Delivery
- Deliver customer service to client standards
- Perform ad hoc duties to meet business needs
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support team
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, facilities support, hospitality, or event coordination
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using workplace management systems and ticketing tools
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
