MedTech Product Industrialization Lead

GEARS is seeking an Industrialization Manager to bridge R&D and Manufacturing in Med-Tech. You will lead a team of engineers to develop manufacturing processes, qualify IOQ/PQ, and drive cost and performance targets.

The role entails frequent cross-site collaboration and involvement in CE/FDA/NMPA processes. Ideal candidate holds an MSc in engineering with 5–10 years in industrial management, strong interpersonal skills, and English fluency; French is a plus.
