MedTech Industrialization Lead

EssilorLuxottica is looking for an Industrialization Manager to drive the product industrialization process within the MedTech domain. You will play a key role between R&D and Manufacturing, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet product specifications and performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have an MSc in engineering, significant experience in medical devices manufacturing, and strong leadership qualities. Fluency in English is required, with French appreciated. This role involves frequent travel to sites around Europe and North America.
