Responsibilities
- Translate the key messages from the medical communications platform into journeys for healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists), integrating all available channels (field, digital, congresses, emails, etc.).
- Produce medical content for healthcare professionals, including managing external agencies involved in content creation (briefing, review, budget, timelines, etc.) and initiating the appropriate approval process.
- Carry out pre‑approval checks to ensure the content is scientifically accurate and aligned with the medical strategy.
- Orchestrate the activation of healthcare professional journeys within the cross‑functional medical‑marketing team, in collaboration with the Medical Digital & Activation Managers.
- Roll out ready‑to‑adapt content around the healthcare professional journey for activation by local in‑country medical teams.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for execution (number of content pieces, localization rate in countries, etc.), engagement (participation and interaction rates, etc.), and impact on healthcare professionals’ clinical practice.
- Gather and analyze data on healthcare professionals’ content preferences in coordination with medical teams to refine omnichannel strategies.
Qualifications
- Scientific background (Pharmacist, M.D., PhD, Engineer, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in medical affairs or marketing.
- Proven experience designing content strategies for healthcare professionals.
- Excellent knowledge of the information environment in which doctors and pharmacists work and their preferences (services, websites, conferences).
- Mastery of the HCP journey, information needs, role, and credibility of the various contact points.
- Experience managing content creation agencies.
- Ability to formulate powerful messages and synthesize knowledge.
- Management of cross‑functional projects.
- Compliance in medical affairs.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
