Medical Education Manager

Be responsible for high-level medical affairs and medical education activities across France for a premium medical aesthetics portfolio, working directly with healthcare professionals in clinical practice. This is a highly field focused role combining scientific engagement, hands on product and injection training, KOL development and responsibility for supporting safe, effective and evidence based clinical use.
Role Overview
You will act as a senior scientific and product expert for the French market, spending up to 70% of your time in the field with healthcare professionals, customers and KOLs. The role combines medical affairs, clinical education and scientific communication, with responsibility for developing practitioner capability, strengthening external medical relationships and ensuring medical and educational activity is aligned across France and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals, customers, prospects and KOLs through field visits, technical guidance and product education.
- Develop and deliver medical education programmes for healthcare professionals and internal teams, including structured continuous training plans.
- Deliver practical clinical and technical training covering anatomy, products, treatment principles and injection techniques.
- Identify, engage and develop relationships with KOLs, speakers and other relevant medical experts across France.
- Plan and lead workshops, training programmes, congress activity and other scientific educational events.
- Develop and contribute to scientific content for medical education, professional communication and external engagement.
- Provide medical and scientific review of marketing materials, product communication and educational content.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and international medical teams to implement medical affairs and education initiatives across the French market.
Candidate Profile
- Advanced scientific qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a closely related discipline.
- Established experience within medical affairs, medical education, an MSL function or a comparable field based scientific role.
- Experience within medical aesthetics, injectable treatments or medical devices is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injectable products and injection techniques relevant to medical aesthetics.
- Credible field experience engaging directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals in clinical environments.
- Demonstrable experience building and managing productive relationships with KOLs and medical experts.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear clinical guidance.
- Fluent English with the autonomy, organisation and resilience required to manage national travel and multiple medical projects simultaneously.
