About the Role
Within the DMPC (Medical Management and Patient Consumer Relationship) Business Unit, and more specifically within the Medical Omnichannel Excellence department, we are recruiting a Medical Digital & Activation Manager. The Medical Digital & Activation Manager establishes and manages the digital roadmap and executes deployment projects to support omnichannel medical strategies. In addition, he/she leads the research of digital innovations for healthcare professionals to enrich the omnichannel experience, thus maximizing the impact of medical communication.
Responsibilities
- Translate medical omnichannel needs into a digital roadmap and deliver digital projects in cooperation with digital agencies and DAIS (IT Department).
- Lead localization of projects in new countries/territories in collaboration with local teams.
- Ensure the activation on digital channels of corporate content provided by the Medical Omnichannel Content Managers.
- Ensure the sharing of best practices and expertise in digital content activation with local medical teams.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of journey activation in terms of engagement and reach/impact, and propose improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the ongoing operational maintenance of the existing digital tools over time to guarantee efficient use within omnichannel strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enable the deployment of omnichannel strategies (CRM project, universal consent, etc.).
- Act as business owner for one or more of the following channels (websites, marketing automation (emailing), digital media, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate new innovative digital solutions to enrich the omnichannel experience around a specific indication or branded product.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in digital / e-health or from a business school.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Medical and/or digital and omnichannel marketing, acquired in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a specialized agency.
- Strong command of digital technical knowledge, AI, and data analysis.
- Curious by nature, you excel at identifying and activating the most relevant communication channels for healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of ad platforms and media activation: Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (Drupal, Ibexa, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO.
- Cross-functional project management.
- Digital agency management.
- Develop partnerships with digital and health start-ups.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of the HCP engagement technology ecosystem (CRM, DAM, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
