Position Overview – MEDICAL ADVISOR/MSL – NEUROLOGY H/F

Reporting to the Global Medical Lead, you bring scientific expertise, build the Medical‑Marketing plan with the marketing team, and participate in validating promotional documents for the therapeutic areas under your charge, notably neurology . You serve as the scientific reference for corporate and field teams, support skill development initiatives, and collaborate with filiales and partners on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate constructively with cross‑functional teams: filiales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and events. Build high‑quality relationships with internal and external clinicians and non‑clinicians.
• Identify and select scientific studies on your therapeutic area to improve current knowledge and patient care.
• Participate in scientific project implementation (expert boards, symposiums, medical education programs, scientific briefings) and champion product development for unmet medical needs.

Qualifications

• Strong background in scientific research: PhD in medicine, pharmacy, or related sciences.
• Experience in a similar medical affairs role (Medical Advisor, MSL, scientific project manager).
• Excellent relational, communication, and data presentation skills. Ability to work internationally.
• Solid scientific knowledge and mastery of data presentation techniques.
• Proactive, collaborative, analytical mindset with a propensity for new expertise learning.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Frequent travel in France and occasional travel across Europe.
• Role may be located in Lyon or Paris.
