The Medical Advisor, will play a key role in the medical affairs department, providing medical expertise and guidance to support the development and commercialization of Telix theranostics programs with a primary focus on the Neuro-Oncology franchise and the support to Early Access Programs. This role will contribute to the pre-launch and launch activities, working closely with other departments. They will support the field medical affairs team, as well as the marketing and market access teams, providing medical input into product development and medico-marketing strategy, activity, and material. This position will support and implement the medical communication and education plans in line with the corporate and regional objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the regional medical expert for the neuro-oncology portfolio, providing evidence-based input to support drug positioning, clinical strategy, and cross-functional decision-making across R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Market access and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the EMEA regional medical plan, aligning local and regional initiatives with global strategic objectives.
• Lead the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of Early Access Programs (EAPs / Named Patient Programs / Compassionate Use Programs) across the EMEA region, in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, MSLs, and market access functions; ensure robust tracking of program performance, patient outcomes, and compliance with country-specific requirements.
• Conduct ongoing medical and scientific landscape monitoring, including systematic literature reviews and critical appraisal of clinical trial data, to inform, update medical strategy and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and review medical training content for internal medical, sales, and marketing teams; contribute to the design and delivery of medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals (symposia, roundtables, webinars, advisory boards).
• Represent the company at scientific congresses and medical meetings; engage proactively with Key Opinion Leaders to capture, synthesize, and disseminate insights of strategic relevance.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the EMEA KOL engagement plan and medical insights collection framework, ensuring structured feedback loops inform portfolio strategy.
• Support regulatory submissions, interactions with health authorities, and clinical development activities including site selection, Phase IV studies, and registry programs.
• Actively contribute to HQ-driven Medical Affairs and clinical research activities (publication planning, investigator meetings, advisory boards).
• Ensure all medical affairs activities — including external interactions, EAP operations, and communications — are conducted in full compliance with applicable local regulations, Telix policies, and legal and ethical standards; maintain and promote up-to-date knowledge of country-specific pharmaceutical regulations across the EMEA region.

Position Requirements

• Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, including at least 2 years in Medical Affairs, within highly scientific therapeutic areas such as Oncology or Rare Diseases.
• Strong scientific mindset with an excellent understanding of medical, clinical development/operations, and business challenges.
• A strong scientific background is mandatory.
• Thorough understanding of relevant policies guiding the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience supporting product launch activities, KOL strategy, medical education, and evidencegeneration initiatives
• Experience with Early Access Programs, Named Patient Programs, or Compassionate Use Programs preferred
• Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools.
