As we enter a phase of strong growth, we are looking for a Head of Publisher to:
- Lead the partnership strategy with publishers
- Maximize the integration and certification of the Happydemics solution on the supply side
- Create a dedicated data offering for publishers
Your role
As a Programmatic Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of our programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs. You will play a key role in optimizing delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting internal teams — with a strong focus on data accuracy, reactivity, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
1. Operations
- Launch campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms (DSPs)
- Ensure daily campaign monitoring
- Optimize performance (costs, volumes, delivery)
- Identify anomalies and resolve them quickly
2. Tracking & Performance
- Monitor campaign KPIs
- Analyze results and propose optimizations
- Contribute to achieving delivery targets
3. Projects
- Identify new inventory sources and acquisition levers
- Test new opportunities to improve performance
4. Support
- Assist Account Management teams on tracking-related issues
- Help troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues
About brand consistency
You'll be at the heart of our programmatic operations, making sure every campaign is launched, monitored, and optimized with precision. You'll dig into the data daily, react fast when something's off, and constantly look for ways to push performance further — across costs, volumes, and delivery.

- Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly reactive
- Based in Paris
