You will hold the keys to one of the most respected and acclaimed sources of information in sustainability – the defining industry of the future. You’ll lead our media team, engineer virality with content creation & aggregation. You will manage the world’s largest network of sustainability experts, curate our newsletter, create visuals, close and execute media sales, form strategic partnerships with clients and partners acting as our media ambassadors, animate our community, and run daily operations of a 24/7 platform that shapes how sustainability is communicated worldwide. What we’re looking for

• Reliability & responsiveness – immediately take ownership of key responsibilities from Day 1, be available for urgent responses and breaking news, supporting high‑priority needs with speed and flexibility.
• Multitask and prioritise effectively – juggle multiple responsibilities with precision; manage and coach your team.
• Deep understanding of virality – strong grasp of what makes content spread, and the ability to craft strategies and formats that drive high engagement across platforms.
• Flexibility – lead actions across various fronts, from daily and recurrent operations to long‑term strategic projects.
• Professional experience – possess 3+ years of business, media, or marketing experience.
• Creative design & storytelling – ability to design compelling visuals and write sharp narratives that consistently generate viral traction.

• Excellent verbal & written English skills – clearly and concisely communicate.
