Vos missions
- Suivi médical des personnes accueillies
- Consultations et prescriptions
- Coordination avec l'équipe soignante et pluridisciplinaire
- Participation aux réunions de synthèse

- 10% (temps partiel)
- Rémunération selon convention collective / grille applicable
