Med-Tech Manufacturing Industrialization Lead

Luxottica, based in Créteil, is seeking an Industrialization Manager in Med-Tech Manufacturing to oversee product industrialization. The role includes developing manufacturing processes and collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate has a Masters in Engineering, 5-10 years of industrial management experience, and a strong background in manufacturing medical devices. The position requires leadership, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English.
