- Collect and validate mechanical asset registers and data templates for SAP implementation.
- Populate the CMIMS database with high‑fidelity mechanical data, ensuring strong engineering performance.
- Perform the global maintenance plan, including lubrication, running, and on‑condition plans, and integrate them into the SAP environment.
- Prepare, follow‑up and update the entire process for “Notification – Work Order and Reporting”.
- Support spare parts responsible for the material creation in CMIMS.
- 2. Mechanical Methods & Reliability
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective, condition‑based monitoring and oil analysis) to minimise downtime.
- Conduct RCA and FMEA studies, Risk‑based Maintenance, and Reliability‑centred Maintenance (RCM) to optimise asset life.
- Perform the Global Maintenance Plan, including lubrication and on‑condition monitoring for high‑speed rotating equipment and compressors.
- Prepare Maintenance Matrix Plan and Maintenance Work Instruction as part of the Global Maintenance Plan.
- 3. Engineering & Quality Compliance
- Produce maintenance deliverables according to project contract and scope of work.
- Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations, non‑conformance, or unacceptable risks to the O&M Package Maintenance Leader.
- Prepare technical reports and statistical data to track maintenance efficiency and database accuracy.
- Maintain permanent focus on improving maintenance process, updating drawings and P&ID.
Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other engineering teams to enhance overall productivity.
