Mechanical Engineer (Data Centres)

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to lead the design of some of the world's most critical and technically demanding facilities?

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be based in our Paris Office and play a key role in shaping the mechanical infrastructure that supports next-generation data centres, helping clients deliver resilient, sustainable and high-performing environments.

Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll provide technical leadership across complex projects while influencing design strategy, engineering standards and project delivery. From concept development through detailed design and construction support, your expertise will help ensure mechanical systems achieve the highest standards of efficiency, reliability and operational performance.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining deep technical knowledge with leadership, mentoring and client engagement, while continuing to develop their careers within a rapidly expanding global consultancy.

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership).
• Extensive experience delivering mechanical building services design within data centres, mission‑critical facilities or complex infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, HVAC, chilled water systems and mechanical resilience strategies.
• Experience using industry‑standard design and modelling software.
• Proven track record of technical leadership, client engagement and mentoring engineering teams.
