Works M/FAt the heart of industrial projects related to energy, you will work as a mechanical design draftsperson on technically demanding assemblies, where drawing precision goes hand in hand with a concrete understanding of field needs. In this role, you will help transform engineering intentions into reliable design solutions that are usable and adapted to manufacturing, assembly and maintenance constraints. Your ability to interact with project teams, question technical choices and propose relevant alternatives will be essential to move studies forward with rigor and discernment. Carry out design and drafting studies using Solid

Works for equipment and mechanical assemblies.

Produce and update general arrangement drawings, definition drawings, bills of materials and associated technical documentation.

Participate in the analysis of functional requirements and mechanical, integration and maintenance constraints.

Contribute to optimizing technical solutions in conjunction with engineers and project stakeholders.

Ensure that deliverables comply with quality requirements, applicable standards and industrial drawing rules.

Take into account feedback from the workshop, manufacturing, assembly and operations to improve the reliability of designs.

Coordinate your activity with project teams in order to meet cost, schedule and technical feasibility objectives.

Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of design methods.

This position is aimed at an experienced professional with solid mechanical design experience, able to work autonomously on complex technical topics and confidently contribute to large-scale projects in the energy sector. Your background has enabled you to develop a concrete vision of the design cycle, from the expression of needs through to the delivery of drawings and associated documents. Works, structuring your work methodically and interacting effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, project managers and execution teams. Beyond software proficiency, we are looking for someone rigorous, curious, accurate in their analyses and able to defend consistent technical choices. Your experience of more than ten years will be a real asset in bringing maturity, perspective and anticipation capacity to the projects entrusted to you.

Technical education in mechanics, industrial design, mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience of more than 10 years as a mechanical design draftsperson or in a similar position.

Advanced command of Solid

Works and strong experience in 2D/3D drafting.

Knowledge of demanding industrial environments, ideally in the energy sector or heavy industry.

Good understanding of manufacturing, assembly, tolerancing and in-service support constraints.

Ability to read, interpret and produce mechanical drawings and complete technical files.

Rigor, autonomy, customer service mindset and ability to work in a project team.

Ability to communicate clearly about technical choices and manage several topics in parallel.

The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
