Mécanicien / Mécanicienne en matériels motorisés de parcs et jard (H/F)

Job Title: Mécanicien / Monteur / Livreur F/H

Location: Rural Master store, Gourdon (46300).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motoculture equipment in workshop (diagnostics, mechanical, electrical or hydraulic repairs).
• Provide expertise on repairing 4‑stroke engines.
• Follow the scheduled order of repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mandatory workshop procedures.
• Mount, prepare and adjust new machines (lawn mowers, chainsaws, garden tractors, etc.) before delivery, following manufacturer instructions.
• Deliver equipment directly to customers (private or professional), set up and assist with operation.
• Offer occasional advice on usage, maintenance and best practices to preserve machinery.

Qualifications & Skills

• CAP Maintenance des Matériels d'Espaces Verts or BAC PRO in the same field, or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke internal combustion engines and modern diagnostic tools.
• Strong workshop experience, preferably in motoculture, agriculture or construction.
• Proficiency with computer tools used for fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical schematics.
• Possession of a trailer license is an asset.
• Must be a team‑player, customer‑focused, methodical, rigorous, with strong organisational self‑drive.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience.

Contract & Working Hours

Fixed‑term contract (CDD) for 6 months. 39 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, one day off in the week and Sunday. Salary starts at 26 520 € brut annual, with additional benefits.
