MDM/Workspace ONE Administrator

Role Overview

You will join an expert team responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Workspace ONE UEM platform, while participating in projects to evolve the mobility solutions of the Group.

You will Do

Your main missions will be: to ensure level 3 support for incidents related to the MDM platform via ServiceNow; to administer and maintain the Workspace ONE UEM solutions and their components.

Requirements

Bac+5 degree in Computer Science or equivalent at least 9 years of experience in administration of infrastructures and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions confirmed expertise on VMware Workspace ONE UEM (administration, support N3/N4, evolution of the platform) solid experience in administration of critical and highly secure environments mastery of integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, VPN, SSO, and messaging services mastery of PowerShell for automation of administration tasks knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and support request processing
