The mandate favours a nurse comfortable operating independently within a private household. Requirements Registered maternity nurse with current UK or European nursing registration. At least 3 years of hands-on nursing practice following full registration. Eligibility is anchored in UK and European training and licensing recognition, not geography. Fluent English and full confidentiality agreement compliance are non-negotiable. Benefits Compensation is tax-free at £82,000 – £95,333, structured for long-term retention.
