Overview

Develop and maintain weekly supply plans across multiple plants/SKUs, including visibility to planned production, projected inventories, and capacity utilization. Lead weekly S&OE process and facilitate cross-functional planning. Communicate, coordinate and resolve supply constraints with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the weekly supply plans for multiple sites of production and families of products.
  • Ensure visibility on planned production, projected stock levels, and capacity utilization.
  • Lead the weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process and facilitate cross-functional planning meetings.
  • Identify, communicate and coordinate the resolution of supply constraints with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Perform stock analyses and reconcile supply and demand.
  • Maintain supply network parameters and reference data in SAP.
  • Update planning data as product evolutions, market assumptions, or strategic decisions occur.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze Supply Chain performance indicators.
  • Lead or participate in supply chain improvement and optimization projects.
  • Contribute to new product launches, capacity studies, production transfers and cost-reduction projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Significant experience in production planning, procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and production planning.
  • Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional level English (written and spoken).
