Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Mass Properties Engineer (f/m) to join our Mass Properties department based in Toulouse, France .

Your challenges

• Define the mass status, target mass, and the path to achieve it.
• Manage overall aircraft mass data and understand mass properties (mass, center of gravity, inertia) throughout the aircraft's lifecycle.
• Carry out aircraft weighings for prototypes, sections and contractual delivery weighings.
• Contribute to the development of new vehicles and the operational support of in-service vehicles and their decommissioning.
• Collaborate with many technical disciplines to understand and challenge the aircraft's design in the quest for optimal mass.

Your boarding pass

• You hold an engineering degree or equivalent.
• You have a solid knowledge base and the ability to technically solve problems of simple to average complexity.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory). French is appreciated.
• You are capable of solving conceptual problems by combining different techniques.
• You work autonomously and proactively.
• You have several years of Mass Properties Engineering experience in aeronautics, as well as in aircraft weighing.
