About The Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Content Manager to support the launch and expansion of our EMEA Spare Parts Marketplace . This role is critical to ensure that all marketplace content (product, seller, and customer-facing) is accurate, compliant, high-quality, and optimized, supporting seamless B2B2B customer experience.
You will join a growing eCommerce team and play a key role in a strategic international project, working closely with teams across Europe and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Content Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain marketplace content standards (product data, seller content, editorial content)
- Ensure consistency and alignment with business priorities and marketplace roadmap
- Act as the content expert within the marketplace ecosystem
- Product Catalog & Data Quality
- Own catalog content quality (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, documents)
- Define mandatory vs optional product data requirements
- Monitor and improve catalog KPIs (completeness, consistency, accuracy)
- Ensure content readiness for marketplace launches and country rollouts
- Seller Content & Onboarding
- Develop seller guidelines, templates, and best practices
- Support onboarding by reviewing and validating seller content
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and marketplace rules
- Customer-Facing Content
- Manage marketplace pages (landing pages, categories, FAQs, policies)
- Ensure consistent tone of voice across all content
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams on campaigns and launches
- SEO & Performance Optimization
- Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and conversion
- Optimize content structure and tagging for search engines
- Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Project Contribution (Marketplace Rollout)
- Support the rollout of the marketplace across EMEA countries
- Contribute to onboarding new countries (phased launches every 2 months)
