Marketplace Account Manager, Amazon Business

Amazon Business is looking for Account Managers for its Marketplace in France (internal title: New Account Manager). You will join a dynamic and passionate team whose role is to identify companies and to work, innovate and engage alongside them to help them succeed in their digital growth on Amazon. What characterizes our Marketplace teams is an unwavering desire to see third‑party sellers succeed. Today, thanks to their work, more than half of the products purchased on Amazon are sold by third‑party sellers through the Marketplace platform.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support B2B companies in launching on Amazon.fr: identify and prospect potential partners, initiate contact, and educate them on the benefits of Amazon Business to drive their launch on the platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
  • Work with partner sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, invoicing, pricing, business discounts, deals) to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon marketplaces in Europe.
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central interface to ensure their autonomy.
  • Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as the development of new tools or processes. Build new skills by working on cross‑functional projects in an international environment.
  • Achieve targets related to launching new businesses on Amazon.fr and support third‑party sellers in growing their revenue.
  • Collaborate on internal projects to improve the Amazon Business seller experience and related programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector
  • Excellent level of French and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity
  • Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions
