Marketing & web marketing manager (BIOTECH)

Its flagship product, LabCollector, is one of the first full-web Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), available as a SaaS cloud solution or on-premises. LabCollector combines an easy-to-use LIMS with an Electronic Lab Notebook to streamline data management and daily lab operations. AgileBio focuses on practical, scalable tools that help scientific teams work more efficiently and securely.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & Web Marketing Manager role based in Paris. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote LabCollector and other AgileBio solutions across digital and traditional channels. Daily responsibilities include managing the company website, overseeing SEO/SEM initiatives, coordinating email and content marketing, and monitoring performance with web analytics tools. The role also involves managing e-commerce activities, such as online product presentation, pricing updates, and conversion optimization. The Marketing & Web Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create targeted messaging for biotech and lab audiences, and ensure consistent brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing skills, including strategic planning, campaign management, and brand positioning in B2B or biotech/technology environments.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce and online sales funnels, including product pages, pricing, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics and online marketing, including SEO, SEM, and performance tracking to inform data‑driven decisions.
- Ability to create and oversee digital content (e.g., website copy, emails, landing pages) tailored to scientific and technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with biotech, laboratory workflows, or scientific software solutions is a strong plus.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. If scientific master, then must have a double training in marketing of some sort.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and collaborating closely with international teams.
