MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the brand’s marketing plan in France, ensuring flawless local execution in alignment with global strategy.
• Support Trade Marketing and Merchandising to manage materials pop, special out of the box activities, orders in sap.
• Implement and survey the Newsletter calendar, analyses results and interface with HQ.
• Support for translations and production of all materials specified by HQ.
• Support in analyze results from the activities carried out, ensuring adequate ROI (visibility, awareness, sell out).
• Support in preparation of local sales events/meeting.
• Manage all the materials needed for web & social media plan (editorial plan, platform, content, image) in line with communication plan and HQ guidelines.
• Daily interaction with adjacent departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• French speaker mandatory.
• Good level of English, Italian is a plus.
• Strong Knowledge of Excel and PPT programs.
• Predisposition on luxury beauty business, communication.
• Background in Marketing Management.
• Highly energized and motivated, high level of commitment.
• Ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines.
• Innovation attitude, commitment to teamwork, learning and development.
