Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Account Operation & Maintenance
Independently operate and update brand official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.). Create compliant localized posts, product content, industry trend sharing and community interaction. Manage comment replies, follower growth, regular content scheduling, and maintain stable & professional brand online presence. Strictly follow French vape advertising regulations — only informative, non-promotional content is allowed, no public advertisement or minor-targeted promotion.
2. Offline Event Planning & Full Execution
Responsible for the whole process of French local offline marketing activities, including event planning, proposal drafting, scheduling, local vendor docking, on-site execution, process control and post-event analysis. Main activity types include retail in-store promotion, dealer salon, industry professional meetup, local channel roadshow and brand offline activation. Summarize event data, optimize activity models, and boost channel engagement and terminal sales.
3. Local Market Compliance & Localization Marketing
Fully comply with EU TPD rules and French vaping product marketing regulations. Review all online content and offline event materials to ensure 100% local compliance. Adapt brand tone and content to fit French local consumer habits and market characteristics.
4. Local Channel & Brand Daily Marketing Support
Cooperate with local distributors and retail stores to support daily brand promotion, terminal display standardization and localized marketing demands. Track local competitor marketing moves and provide regular market feedback.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
2. 1–3 years marketing experience in French market, solid hands-on experience in social media operation and offline event planning & execution.
3. Familiar with French social media ecosystem and offline event local resources; vape/consumer electronics industry experience is a strong plus.
4. Fluent in French & English (oral & written), local Paris candidate or candidates with valid EU work permit preferred.
5. Independent in project management, capable of running social updates and offline events independently.
6. Creative, sensitive to local trends, data-driven and result-oriented.
