About the Role
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for end-to-end B2B marketing execution. You will be the core driver of Yibi Precision’s brand growth, localized content strategy, and qualified lead generation, supporting our business expansion across our core target sectors.
You will work cross-functionally with our global sales, engineering, and production teams to build marketing strategies, elevate our brand reputation in the precision manufacturing space, and deliver measurable business results to support our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies aligned with Yibi Precision’s global brand positioning and business growth goals.
- Own social media and content marketing, including management of our LinkedIn company page, creation of industry-specific content, and driving audience engagement across our digital channels.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing events, including industry tradeshows, client technical seminars, online webinars, and networking events, from pre-event promotion to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing campaigns, website optimization, landing page creation, and lead nurturing workflows, to deliver qualified B2B leads for the sales team.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for the precision manufacturing sector, track industry trends and target customer needs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing and business strategies.
- Create and localize brand marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, sales enablement tools, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and industry standards.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, using data to continuously optimize marketing ROI and brand growth.
Qualifications
2-4 years of professional B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies in the manufacturing, industrial components, or precision engineering sectors.
Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and digital campaign execution for industrial B2B brands.
Experience planning and executing industry tradeshows, B2B events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Native or professional full proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, data-driven mindset, and excellent cross-functional & cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
